A Day in the Life

Our daily life is not surprising.  We eat, sleep, and play.  Here are a few pictures of us going about our business.

Nathan called this shipping box "The Amazon Express."  He pushed Levi around the house,
chasing the cat, while Micah watched from his exersaucer.

At the zoo with Carmen and Vivienne.  She wanted to hold Micah, and he was more than happy to oblige!

A trip to Costco.  This was the first time that Micah got to ride in the cart with Levi
(instead of staying in his infant seat).  They both thought it was great!
Not loving the bath that night!

Seven Months Old

Micah is seven months old now!  He is a relaxed, fun-loving baby who loves his big brother and others who interact with him.  He has two lower teeth now, and his solid food repertoire includes: rice cereal, baby oatmeal, butternut squash, peas, sweet potatoes, and pears.  He is very good at sitting, and he is also starting to want to squirm around on his tummy and pull himself up to standing.  Such a precious boy!

Levi learned how to stamp today, and he really liked it.

Gotta love the red doctor's glasses

Don't you just want to give him a squeeze?

Avery was baptized this morning, and Amy provided a lovely brunch afterwards.

Oh My!

Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!  Levi wanted to put on his lion costume.  The legs are a bit short (!!!), but he can still get it on.  I thought it would be cute to try Levi's first Halloween costume, a tiger, on Micah.  Since it is a size 6-9 months, it fit him perfectly.  This is the best picture I could nab of the two of them dressed up as big cats.

Levi is always very . . . interested (read: "jealous") . . . in Micah's activities.  He insisted on wearing the tiger costume.  I was sure that he wouldn't even be able to get the pants above his ankles or mthe sleeves over his wrists.  However, to my surprise, he could kind of squeeze into the costume.  So goofy!

A little piece of news: Micah finally cut his first tooth yesterday.  He's a week from turning seven months old.  Lucky you, big boy!
