Easter

Our first Easter as a family of four!  After a busy morning at church, we had dinner at my parents' house.  We all got Easter baskets, and Levi especially enjoyed digging into his.

Next we went to John and Amy's house for an egg hunt and dessert.  Levi and Maddie got to find all the eggs this year--92 total.  It took Levi a week of practicing before he really got the hang of hunting for Easter eggs.  I was proud of him for not stopping and eating the contents of every single egg right away; he managed to put most of them in his basket without opening them.

It was so great to see Avery Margaret for the first time.  She was four days old!  I love this next photo of Beth and Jill with their new grandchildren.
Last Thursday, at Grandpa Gorham's house, Stephanie put together an amazing day of egg dying and hunting.  It was so fun!  Not only were Bob's four grandsons there, Stephanie also had to babysit three family friends.  (In the other family, the kids are named Claire, Anna, and . . . Levi.  We had to start calling them Big Levi and Little Levi.)  We had seven kids, and it was so much fun!

  2. Sweet photos. Love the one of Levi and Micah sporting his sweater vest and looking like he has his hands in his pockets! And of course the one of Beth and Jill snuggling their little ones does make me a little (or a lot) envious!
